A friend and I were eating at Nana's Frozen Custard in Hixson on Friday (9/28/xxxx) when a gray-and-white shorthair kitten walked out of the woods and right up to our table. She was not wearing a collar, but judging by her well-groomed fur and brave demeanor she has lived with people before. My friend and I took her home with us so that she would not be left out in the rain. She is very sweet and affectionate and super playful; my friend and I believe her to be around six months old, but we are not sure. She is being well tended, but I am sure she has a home she is missing very much. If you believe this is your kitten, please email me.
