Analytics Manager - Compensation: Negotiable in Chattanooga, Oklahoma

Essential Functions:
Manage the application of analytics, business, and technology to enable best in-class insights into customer behavior, category performance, promotion effectiveness, pricing, direct marketing, and corporate reporting
Propose and lead innovative mathematical approaches to solving complex business problems utilizing available research
Create, interpret, and certify web statistics (web sites, online marketing programs ? PPC, traditional marketing programs)
Discover, analyze, and quantify trends and correlations
Provide analytical support on all ROI/Impact analyses, web analytics, and business analytics
Lead the effort to use clients databases (including data-warehouse) to derive insights that will help with marketing inotoatives.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed
Skills Required:
Knowledge of Omniture and other web analytics tools
Exceptional business judgment, data mining, and quantitative analytic ability
Strong initiative and willingness to approach work with a sense of urgency
Ability to mobilize a team toward achieving results
Strong academic profile with an emphasis on quantitative coursework (e.g., degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Econometrics or Market Research)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess strong business ethics; be reliable and dependable
Internet industry management experience a plus
Experience Required:
A minimum of 5-7 years experience in direct response marketing, preferably in a high growth B2C market
Hands-on data analytics experience is essential
