Senior TIBCO Developer in Chattanooga, Oklahoma

Position Overview
The Sr. Analyst position will serve as the key person responsible for delivery of data services used in critical enterprise applications. This person is expected to interpret requirements from many sources, and deliver a high quality product to end users. Since the primary consumer will be internal application developers, this person will be expected to collaborate and communicate well with other teams. This position reports to the Manager of Data Access Services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
60% Design, Code and Maintain
Design and architect proper solutions based on requirements
Provide high quality, full tested and stable code in a timely manner
Perform bug fixes as necessary to maintain a stable product
Provide leadership and guidance to other developers
30% Analysis
Designing and implement solutions using best practices in accordance with Lean Software Development principles.
Cross-team collaboration to discover technical requirements and to provide guidance in implementation of solutions.
Work with QA to identify and resolve issues quickly.
Collaborate with data analyst to provide proper to provide customers with necessary data.
Collaborate with team members to produce project estimates.
Identify areas of improvement and deliver recommendations on solutions.
10% Ad-Hoc & Other
Assist Product Manager in status reporting.
Troubleshoot and diagnose critical production issues.
Off hours support as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in Tibco technologies, including Business Works 5.6 and EMS 4.x
3-5 years of experience with SQL (Microsoft or other).
Experience with C# and .NET is preferred
Experience in working with high-volume mission critical transactional and reporting systems.
Have experience working within a formal Software Development Life Cycle (CMM, RUP, MSF, etc.)
Driven to succeed, motivated to deliver and ability to deliver without constant supervision.
Ability to produce technical artifacts including use cases, design documentation, technical specifications, etc.
Ability to work in fast moving environment.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple assignments.
Ability to travel up to 25%
Bachelor?s Degree in IT related area or equivalent relevant work experience
